Are you feeling stuck, stressed, or burnt out? This six-week therapeutic improv group is designed to help you break free from routines, shake off the mundanity, and challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving. Through playful, interactive exercises rooted in improvisational theater, we’ll explore ways to reenergize your spirit, reinvigorate your creativity, and reinspire your sense of purpose.
No acting or improv experience is necessary—just an openness to play and a willingness to explore. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can take risks, connect with others, and rediscover joy and spontaneity.
This group is perfect for anyone looking to:
Boost their energy and motivation
Rekindle their creativity and sense of play
Build resilience against stress and burnout
Cultivate a fresh perspective on life’s challenges
Connect with others in a mutually supportive environment
Come ready to laugh, let go, and leap into the unknown—you might just surprise yourself!
Our groups are inclusive spaces. Participation is a commitment to welcoming and valuing the unique contributions fellow group members bring in terms of their life experience, age, education, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and beliefs.
