For some, social situations can feel overwhelming or confusing. This 8-week improv therapy group for adults is designed for neurodivergent individuals who experience social anxiety and who have trouble navigating social interactions. We aim to provide a safe, supportive space to explore and transform challenging social scenarios. Through creative improv exercises, you'll practice perspective-taking, enhance your ability to read social cues and develop practical interaction skills. No acting experience is required—just a willingness to explore and grow. Join us to discover how playful, real-life scenarios can help you reduce anxiety, connect more authentically, and enjoy more spontaneous social interactions.
Cigna insurance is accepted, and for those out of network, billing can be submitted on your behalf toward possible reimbursement.
Our groups are inclusive spaces. Participation is a commitment to welcoming and valuing the unique contributions fellow group members bring in terms of their life experience, age, education, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and beliefs.
